How long will it take to receive my order?
As all of our artwork is hand-crafted to order, our delivery times are between 5-7 working days. Once your artwork has been printed and/or framed it will be shipped immediately on a 48hr courier service, delivered direct to your door.
If I order a framed print, will it arrive framed or will the items be delivered separately?
If you place an order with us for a framed print, our in-house framers will professionally frame your artworks for you, removing all the hassle of framing- your artwork will arrive ready to hang!
What are the dimensions of the frames and what material is used?
Our frames are professionally hand-crafted using solid wood. They are refinished using stains and varnish to achieve the variant colours we offer. We use a perspex front to ensure safe delivery, and this also helps keep the weight of the frame light-making for easy hanging! Our frames are minimal in style with a 15mm thickness.
What process do you use to print your artwork?
Our artwork is printed using giclee printers, the industry standard for display in museum and galleries. We use archive quality inks to ensure exceptional quality, bold colours and a high level of detail. We print directly onto high quality 230gsm, acid free paper to provide you with artwork that truly lasts.
How will my artwork be packaged?
Depending on whether your artwork is framed or unframed determines how your prints are packaged. Unframed A4 and upwards prints are sent in a poster tube, wrapped in soft paper to protect the print. Framed prints are flat packed with all necessary protection to ensure they arrive safely ready to place in your home.
What if my artwork is faulty or damaged?
