Returns & Exchanges


Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and if there’s something wrong we want to fix it. If you are unhappy with your order we can provide an exchange or refund as long as the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items in original condition
  • Originals receipts are included
  • You inform us within 14 days of receiving your artwork


If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds regardless of whether the items have been mailed back to us.


All exchanges and returns need to be raised within 14 days of delivery and delivered back to us within 30 days. Returns or exchanges outside of this period will not be valid and therefore will not be processed. Postage costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for covering postage costs for returned items, with the exception of faulty or damaged items on a case by case basis. Please contact the team on if you have any questions regarding an exchange or return.


2.1 Contact the team immediately with your order number, reason for return and photo evidence of any faults at

2.2 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.

2.3 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage to Miljo, Unit 63114, Courier Point, 13 freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FH

2.4 Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your refund or exchange is ready.  Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.

2.5 No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.

2.6 However, if any of the products received is deemed defective or faulty, miljo will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you.

2.7 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.


3.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be processed once.

3.2 Our returns and exchange policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
